Very welcoming place to live. I live here with my child and we love the space and atmosphere. At first I was unsure of not having a washer and dryer in my unit, but the laundry room is close and easily accessible. The apartment is very spacious and worth the price. I’ve lived in an apartment before and it was a little more than what I pay now but half the space. It is easier to hear everything going on but our neighbors aren’t disruptive or noticeable. Very pet friendly.

Maintenance is great!! All 3 guys are super nice and quick! Put a request for a leak in the sink and they came the very next morning and fixed. They’re very thorough and I appreciate them and all they do!

Apartments are really big and solid. Maintenance staff is one of the best crews around not only do they get the job done quick and knowledgeable but they are all good people! Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and really work to keep the place nice! You will always have bad eggs anywhere you go but they really do keep the property safe for everyone.
