Pets are welcome here at River Pointe Apartments, and we promise to love your fury family members as much as you do.

Dogs	$300 (1 dog)

A second pet is an additional $200. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home.

Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per pet
DNA Testing Fee for Dogs: $50
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull/Stafford Stafford Shire Terrior, Akita, Doberman, Dalmation, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback (or any mix of)
