We have lived in River Pointe for nearly a year. We shopped around before visiting River Pointe and were sold the minute we walked through the door. The apartments are HUGE! One closet is the size of another apartment complexes bedrooms. The kitchen and dining rooms are each bigger than most other apartments family rooms. We love the location, the quiet neighbors and the pool in the summer is quiet and immaculately maintained.

Very quiet, close to the Mall and shopping. Prices are very reasonable, love the security doors! The laundry rooms inside the buildings are always clean. The fitness center is awesome and larger than another complex I have lived in. The only thing I wished they had was a playground for kids.

These are very nice apartments so will have Riverview's. Very nice pool very clean complex very nice laundry rooms and fitness area. Apartments are a very good size some of them with having the master bedroom with a bathroom.

Ive lived here for 3 years and I really love it, its quiet the prices are reasonable! They have the best Garages out of all apartment complexes in Mishawaka south bend and Elkhart! House sized garages! The apartments are a little old but spacy, the matinence team is professional kind and hard working, they are really organized with getting all residents needs. The office ladies are all very kind professional and helpful, theres no crime in our area.

Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly to any needs. Neighbors are friendly. It feels like a true neighborhood. The complex is nice and clean. In the winter the maintenance staff is out early in the morning to clear and salt sidewalks and plow the driveway and parking places. If it snows in the afternoon they are usually back at it keeping everything clear. Laundry facilities are well kept and convenient. Public spaces are cleaned weekly. It is a pet friendly place.

Option for a garage and boat dock. Pool and gym access is nice. No playground for the children.

I moved in at the beginning of July 2020. I absolutely LOVE my apartment!!! Spacious and homey and my dogs absolutely love running the stairs. Maintenance staff are very friendly and reliable, the office staff are so sweet and a plus, I have really nice neighbors. I know I made the right choice moving to River Pointe.

Honestly one of the best places to live at in my opinion. I haven't had any problems there at all in my 1 year of living here. The management are all amazing as well as the maintenance workers! I would recommend living here to anyone that wants a calm and peaceful neighborhood. The gym and pool are perfect and always well maintained.
